Welcome to My Private Doctor ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Remote review of your medical records, imaging and lab results by board‑certified physicians.
Expert analysis and plain‑language explanation of laboratory data.
Scheduled video visits to discuss findings and next steps.
Note: All services are delivered electronically; no in‑person visits occur unless separately arranged.
You may need to register and provide accurate personal information.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You warrant that all information and medical records you upload are complete, accurate, and not forged or tampered with.
Service fees are displayed at purchase (e.g. $25 for a second opinion). All fees are in USD unless otherwise indicated.
Payments processed via PCI‑compliant gateways (e.g. PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.
Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase. We review each on a case‑by‑case basis.
IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Private Doctor and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months prior to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Private Doctor and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:
We may suspend or terminate your access—without notice—for any conduct we deem a violation of these Terms or harmful to other users or our operations.
Upon termination, all licenses granted herein will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE under the American Arbitration Association's rules, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
